'Getting into the Flow'

Many people struggle with painting. Not only the technique but also getting started. Running into mental blocks and hurdles is common practice. But what if there is a different way of looking at things?

In this talk, recorded from IFCC Croatia 2015, I discuss just these things. In an hour long session I go over the basics of approaching fundamentals, to setting up your workspace. It's also the pillar for this years summer artcamp.

I talk about focus, distractions, the pressure of painting, the reality of artblocks and various ways how to tackle these problems and provide a solid base for yourself on which you can build. The goal is to be in a position where you feel comfortable again to paint whatever you have in your head. Without being afraid to fail.
